SurgReport is a product of My Scope Diagnostic Solutions. We want you to be satisfied with SurgReport. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

1. Free Trial

SurgReport offers 13 free templates that you can use without creating an account or providing payment information. We encourage you to try these templates before subscribing to ensure the product meets your needs.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation is not the same as a refund. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation:

Example: if you subscribe on 1 January and cancel on 1 October, you keep Pro access until 31 December (the end of your annual billing period). Your subscription simply does not renew on 1 January the following year. You are not entitled to a refund for October, November, or December — those months are part of the annual subscription you purchased, and your access to the Service continues throughout them.

Why no pro-rata refunds? The annual subscription price (currently $79/year introductory, regular price $120/year) reflects a commitment to a full year of access. It is a single payment for 12 months of service, not 12 monthly payments bundled together. All templates, consent forms, and features are available to you from the moment you subscribe, and the value of the Service is delivered immediately upon access. For this reason, partial refunds for unused months are not offered.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase only. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of subscribing, contact us at support@surgreport.com and we will process a full refund.

After 14 days, no refunds are available. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but the current billing period is non-refundable. This applies to both the initial subscription and any renewal periods.

Refunds may be declined if there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated subscription-and-refund cycles, or if the Service was used extensively during the refund period (e.g. generating and exporting a large number of reports).

If your subscription auto-renews and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will process a refund for the renewal period.
