Is my patient data stored anywhere? ▾
No. All operative note content is generated in your browser. Patient names, clinical details, and report text are never transmitted to our servers. Your logbook data is stored locally on your device using browser storage. We only store your account email and subscription status — never clinical data.
Does it work offline? ▾
SurgReport is a web application that requires an internet connection and an active subscription to access Pro features. Once the page is loaded, the application is responsive and fast — all template selection and report generation happens instantly in your browser. No patient data is transmitted to our servers. Free-tier templates are accessible without an account.
Can I cancel my subscription? ▾
Yes. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing at the next billing cycle — you retain full access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
